OneTouch Health was founded in Galway, Ireland in 2014. We were initially a digital app designed to combat loneliness amongst the elderly but we quickly pivoted to a care management system to better meet the needs of our customers.
In 2016, we achieved several significant milestones that marked a new phase of growth and recognition for the company. We secured funding from Enterprise Ireland and Jenson Funding Partners, which played a pivotal role in accelerating our development and expanding our reach in the social care sector.
That same year, OneTouch Health was honored with the itag (Innovation Technology AtlanTec Gateway) award for Best Tech Start-Up.
In 2017, OneTouch Health successfully launched its services in the United Kingdom, marking a significant step in our expansion efforts. Shortly after the launch, we won the Local Solutions Tender, further establishing our presence and reputation in the UK healthcare market.
Over the next three years we continued to expand and grow our UK footprint.
In February 2020, we won a significant contract with Durham County Council. This partnership underscored our growing influence and ability to deliver effective care management solutions.

In 2022, OneTouch Health expanded its capabilities through the strategic acquisition of tri.x a leading provider of procedures.
In addition, August Equity announced a significant investment in OneTouch Health in 2022.
We acquired Autumn Care a residential care software provider based in Perth, Australia.
This year also saw us being named to Deloitte Ireland’s Technology Fast 50 list and winning multiple awards.
We acquired OnePlan and launched OneTouch in Australia.
We were also named to Deloitte Ireland's Technology Fast 50 list for the second consecutive year.
