- Summarize each job with key requirements + suggested approach
- Draft custom proposals using our templates, portfolio, and past wins
- Keep a simple tracker (Shortlisted / Drafted / Sent / Replied)
Qualifications
What strong candidates already bring
- Proven Upwork experience in job research + proposal/cover letter writing
- Strong written English + attention to detail
- Reliable communication during EST hours
Nice to have
Helpful experience, but not a hard requirement
- Familiarity with web development / SEO / automation terminologies
- Experience supporting agencies or freelancers (pipeline + outreach workflows)
