📋Role Description

This is a part-time, fully remote position. Schedule (Required): Remote — 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (US Eastern Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Find and shortlist high-quality Upwork jobs that match our services (avoid low-quality/spam)
  • Summarize each job with key requirements + suggested approach
  • Draft custom proposals using our templates, portfolio, and past wins
  • Keep a simple tracker (Shortlisted / Drafted / Sent / Replied)

🎯Qualifications

  • Proven Upwork experience in job research + proposal/cover letter writing
  • Strong written English + attention to detail
  • Reliable communication during EST hours

🌟Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with web development / SEO / automation terminologies
  • Experience supporting agencies or freelancers (pipeline + outreach workflows)
